About this Position:

As a Senior Administrative Coordinator at Just Eat Takeaway, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional organizational, administrative, and coordination support to our Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) and their team of Directors.

We seek a highly skilled communicator who is impeccably organized. Your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating the daily agenda for your stakeholders, which encompasses proactive workload planning, diary management, event organization, and travel arrangements. With your ability to anticipate the needs of your stakeholders, you will ensure that appropriate processes are established or followed to facilitate efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and manage incoming meeting requests effectively.
  • Assist the CHRO with administrative tasks and approval processes within internal systems.
  • Prepare for meetings by organizing meeting documents, gathering briefing materials, and creating presentations.
  • Collaborate with Facilities and Technology teams to meet catering and technical needs for stakeholder meetings and events.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external organizations on behalf of the CHRO.
  • Provide guidance on upcoming work deadlines for both internal and external obligations, such as reports, presentations, conferences, and projects.

What You Will Contribute:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Administrative Coordinator who possesses a solid understanding of the professional landscape. Above all, you are precise, timely, and methodical in your approach. You demonstrate flexibility and creativity in developing practical solutions.

  • Demonstrated experience in a role as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting multiple senior leaders, ideally within the HR sector, whether as a supporter of HR executives or as an HR professional transitioning into an EA role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in business English and Dutch.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience in supporting stakeholders across various time zones.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a positive attitude while effectively prioritizing and adapting to changes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, combined with a high level of integrity and discretion in managing confidential information.
  • Project management expertise and experience in coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
