Job Description:

As a Junior Brand Design Specialist, you'll be supporting our lifestyle (B2B) marketing efforts by creating engaging visual content for various marketing channels.


You'll work closely with our Head of Brand to develop and implement marketing strategies that showcase our brand and products in the best possible light.



  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to our growth efforts by developing innovative marketing ideas.
  • Design and create visual assets for digital advertising, web, POS, trade shows, social media, email marketing, and more.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral and sales enablement materials.
  • Produce video content for social media and the website, including reels, gifs, and posts, as well as B2B case studies.
  • Protect and promote the Aquablu brand identity.
  • Work with various stakeholders, from internal teams to partners and clients.

About You:



  • Experience working in a design capacity in a marketing team.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A love of sustainability and lifestyle brands.
  • Fluent English, with a strong preference for one additional European language.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
  • Bonus points if you have a portfolio to share with us.
