**Are you a marketing all-rounder with excellent copywriting skills and would you like to work with plants and flowers?** Here is your chance We are looking for a new marketeer to join our team for 24-32 hours per week.

Fleuroselect is the international trade organisation for breeders, producers and distributors of pot and bedding plants. The organisation promotes new varieties via media relations, newsletters, social media, trade fairs etc. We host three annual networking events and are the organiser of FlowerTrials, the key open-door event for the worldwide pot and bedding plant industry.

Our organisational culture strives to create an optimal work-life balance for each employee. Dutch is generally spoken in the office, but the main language for all external communications is English.

The **tasks** for our new colleague are:

- Marketing communications: drafting newsletters, press releases and leaflets/brochures
- Social media: creating posts, managing year-round planning
- Audiovisual: taking photos and short videos during events, coordinating photo/video shoots for larger projects
- Website: updating current pages, adding new content
- Events: drafting invitations, preparing slides, supporting on-site during events
- Trade Fairs: manning the stand at trade fairs and open days
- General project support

The job **requires**:

- A bachelor’s degree in a related field e.g. marketing, communication, journalism, multimedia etc.
- Excellent written and spoken English and a working knowledge of Dutch. Other languages - particularly German and/or French - are an advantage
- Proficiency in digital communication
- Ability to work with the major software packages for design, video editing etc.
- Affinity with plants/flowers
- Willingness to travel with overnight stays 2-3 times per year
