Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager Assistant to join our team at Logoplaste.

This role will provide an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the success of our Supply Chain Team. As an Operations Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the production planning process, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

  • You will assist in complete production planning, monitoring, and adjusting processes.
  • Incorporate preventive maintenances, equipment installations, and product qualification into production planning.
  • Edit and process data in the planning system, including planning, production scheduling, and production planning control (PTP).
  • Develop statistical trends on products demand variation.
  • Purchase raw materials by creating purchase orders (POs).
  • Prepare master data for new products, production versions, and routings.
  • Confirm orders and change orders with our partner sites.
  • Hold daily meetings with customers to discuss their needs.
  • Maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
  • Prepare short-term and long-term planning documents.
  • Analyze data using new software planning tools.

About You

We are looking for someone with a minimum MBO level and relevant work experience. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential.

A knowledge of SAP and MII systems would be beneficial, but not required.

As a fluent English speaker, both written and verbal, you will communicate effectively with our teams and partners.
