As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating translation projects, ensuring seamless communication between clients and our expert linguists.

Your creativity and problem-solving skills will flourish as you navigate the intricacies of localization and project management in a supportive, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate translation projects
* Ensure proper follow-up and handling of projects
* Match translators and assignments
* Send quotations and invoices
* Switch between multiple systems and CAT tools
* Prepare and complete documents
* Stay in touch with translators and clients
* Perform quality checks and provide constructive feedback

Requirements:

* Studying in the field of translation, language/communication studies, or a related discipline (third or fourth-year student)
* Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Preferably available for 20 weeks (4 to 5 days a week)
* Strong organizational skills to manage tight deadlines and complex project situations
* Dedicated, stress-proof, energetic and adaptable
* Proactive attitude and ability to prioritize tasks and workload
