Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Terminal Shift Manager to join our team at Instabee. As a Terminal Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Terminal Workers, ensuring a pleasant working atmosphere, and resolving any issues that may arise.
About the Role
As a Terminal Shift Manager, you will work closely with other Shift Managers and Terminal Workers to achieve the objectives of the day. You will be responsible for motivating and coaching your team members, addressing any challenges that may arise, and ensuring that all packages are processed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Terminal Workers to achieve daily objectives
- Ensure a pleasant working atmosphere and resolve any issues that may arise
- Motivate and coach team members to achieve their best
- Work closely with other Shift Managers and Terminal Workers to achieve team goals
- Ensure efficient and accurate processing of packages
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have leadership experience, preferably in a logistics environment. You will also need to be a team player, able to motivate and coach your team members, and have excellent communication skills. Additionally, you will need to be flexible in your working hours and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
