A big retailer in Utrecht seeks an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Leader to drive business intelligence strategies and empower data-driven decision making across the organization.

The successful candidate will have expertise in leading strategic initiatives, managing budgets, and mentoring team members. The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business intelligence strategies that align with the company's goals
- Leverage data analytics to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Lead and manage a team of analysts and developers to deliver high-quality BI solutions
- 5+ years of experience in a senior BI or management role
- Proven track record of delivering complex BI projects on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Mastery of data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools
- Competitive salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience
