About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Sales Consultant to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. as a Technical Sales Enablement Specialist. As a Presales Cloud Microsoft Expert, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and margin expansion through effective sales enablement and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical sales enablement plans with partners and customers to support revenue and margin goals
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, complex sales tool configurations, and systems design to implement systems software solutions and/or products
  • Conduct training sessions for partners and sales teams on technical certifications, product/technology demonstrations, and sales enablement best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, new technologies, and current issues to maintain expertise and provide valuable insights to customers and partners
  • Participate in a sales compensation plan with variable and tied sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar technical function in the IT industry
  • A full driving license and readiness to travel
  • Dutch - native/fluent
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships
  • Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach
  • Effective communication with people at all levels
  • Natural propensity to adopt a structured approach
  • Ability to learn product benefits and solution sales concepts
  • Problem-solving and capacity to follow through on a task to conclusion
