Job Title: HR Business Partner - Strategic Talent Acquisition

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our Team ITG in the Netherlands. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our global HR initiatives and serving as the first point of contact for all local employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
  • Investigations: Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate action.
HR Support:
  • Program Implementation: Partner with the local Head of HR to implement and manage HR programs and initiatives that support the wider business goals.
  • Global Consistency: Collaborate with the global People Team to ensure consistency across our entire employee base.
  • Day-to-Day Support: Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
Talent Management:
  • Talent Acquisition: Support our Talent Acquisition Team by collaborating with hiring managers to support a seamless candidate journey.
  • Onboarding: Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Talent Development: Identify and address talent development needs through training and development programs.
Compliance and Policies:
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Policy Development: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and communicated effectively to employees.
  • Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on HR metrics to track the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Strategic HR Initiatives:
  • Global Strategies: Participate in the development and execution of global HR strategies and projects.
  • Local Projects: Lead local HR projects and initiatives that support organisational goals and enhance employee engagement.
  • Insights and Recommendations: Provide insights and recommendations to the Head of HR and Global People Team based on HR data and trends.

Requirements:
  • Labour Laws: Strong knowledge of Dutch labour laws and regulations.
  • Global Experience: Experience in a global organisation.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • HRIS Systems: Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, knowledge of Dutch also is desirable.
