About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Assistant. As a key member of our e-commerce distribution center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely delivery of our non-food items to customers throughout Western Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the team manager and team to ensure accurate stock data and efficient storage of items in the warehouse.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to employees in the relevant department.
- Contribute to the achievement of quality and quantity objectives, ensuring work is done safely and efficiently.
- Participate in the training and development of new colleagues.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive working atmosphere within the team.
Requirements
- Completed education at a minimum college/MBO level, preferably in logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficient in English language, spoken and written.
