About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Team Assistant to join our team at Lidl in Deutschland. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the team manager and team to ensure accurate stock data and efficient warehouse operations.
  • Provide operational support to employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve quality and quantity objectives, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Contribute to maintaining a pleasant working atmosphere, fostering open communication and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Completed education at a minimum college/MBO level, preferably in logistics or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Proficient in English language, spoken and written.
