About the Role

Trespa is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and executing maintenance activities to ensure maximum reliability and efficiency of our production sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate the company vision and policy into operational execution
  • Ensure the right balance between long-term and short-term goals
  • Make connections between maintenance and production
  • Manage maintenance programs for machines
  • Manage and monitor the annual maintenance budget
  • Organize meetings to discuss concrete objectives and actions with the team
Requirements
  • Technical college degree
  • Over 3 years of experience in a technical management position
  • Flexible attitude and willingness to be on call for breakdown shifts
  • Knowledge of and experience with working conditions in an industrial environment
  • Familiarity with methods such as TPM, Lean Six Sigma, and WCM
  • Eye for detail and critical thinking skills
  • Stress-resistant and able to prioritize well
