Senior Risk Management Specialist

As a Senior Risk Management Specialist at KPMG-Netherlands, you will play a key role in helping banks optimize their risk management practices in credit risk modeling, ALM, model risk management, and regulatory-driven transformations. You will work closely with a young, international, and multidisciplinary team to develop cutting-edge credit risk models and ensure their compliance with ever-changing regulations for multiple clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their risk management needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work with the team to design and implement credit risk models and ensure their accuracy and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure that clients' risk management practices are aligned with the latest regulations.

Requirements
- MSc degree in quantitative economics, mathematics, or econometrics.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial services or consultancy.
- Professional knowledge of banking regulations (CRR/CRD, Basel, EBA) and credit risk models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
