About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer Exterior who is ready to lead a team of detail engineers on the yard. As a Senior Engineer Exterior, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of engineering items, from initial client proposals to handover to production. This includes movable floors of pools, retractable TV screens, doors, glass sliding panels, and more. You will work closely with the client, suppliers, production, and other engineering disciplines to ensure the successful delivery of these items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of engineering items
  • Collaborate with the client, suppliers, and production to ensure the successful delivery of engineering items
  • Develop and maintain detailed designs and specifications for engineering items
  • Conduct site visits to ensure the quality and accuracy of engineering items
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
