Job Description:

At SAP, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Local HR Services Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience and contribute to the efficient and compliant delivery of standardized, country-specific HR services and process consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the smooth operation of HR processes along the full employee lifecycle.
  • Respond to employee service tickets and queries, including document requests, benefits administration, and other HR services.
  • Guide employees and managers through work events, such as onboarding, contractual changes, and terminations.
  • Support process improvement and innovation initiatives related to human resources tools, services, or policy changes.
  • Consult with employees and administer life events, such as parental leave, maternity/paternity leave, and sick leave.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Enrollment in a Human Resources, Communications, or equivalent bachelor's or master's degree throughout the internship duration.
  • Customer-oriented, professional, polite, and respectful attitude towards others.
  • Previous work experience in an HR or Administrative/functional role is ideal.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is a must.
  • Quality-driven, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
