Job Title: Field Service IT/Printing Engineers

We are seeking a skilled Field Service IT/Printing Engineers to join our team at Solutions 30 in the Netherlands and Belgium.

About the Role

As a Field Service IT/Printing Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Contacting customers to inform them of your arrival and schedule repairs
  • Maintenance and repairs of IT and printing equipment at customer locations
  • Solving problems and incidents to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Administrative handling of repairs and installations
  • Installing new printing equipment and associated software applications
About the Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A technical background or demonstrable affinity with technology
  • Experience in hardware, such as printers and computer/laptops
  • Experience with software apps for printing devices (Papercut, Safecom, etc.) is a strong plus
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English in word and writing
  • Flexible, team player and communicative skills
