About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Delivery Lead to join our team at AND Digital. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and shaping the delivery of our client engagements, using the most suitable delivery practices to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple delivery teams in a complex product development environment, with a strong focus on agile delivery and project management methodologies.
  • Develop and implement delivery strategies that meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for further value creation and develop proposals to deliver these opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and advice to clients on delivery best practices and methodologies.
  • Coach and mentor high-performing teams to drive professional development and growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivery leadership roles, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong understanding and experience of agile delivery and project management methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile approaches.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple teams in a complex product development environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Dutch language.
