At HelloPrint, a Great Place To Work-Certified company, we're looking for a talented Digital Project Management Coordinator to join our Customer Journey team.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for project management, who is driven by results and eager to learn. As a Digital Project Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects within our fast-growing e-commerce company.

About the Role:

  • We are offering a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
  • You will work closely with our product, technical team, and marketing team to improve one of our innovative propositions.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to manage internal stakeholders' expectations, collaborate with the Digital Product team to define business value and priority of projects, and align with the team on current projects.
  • You will also analyze big volumes of data to ensure our customers enjoy the most user-friendly journey and run various ad-hoc researches and analyses to help identify gaps and opportunities for improvements.
  • As a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, you will work independently and as part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and international environment (34 nationalities & average age of 30).

Requirements:

  • You should be in the final year of your bachelor's or master's degree in Management, Business, or another related study, and be registered with a study program during the entire internship period.
  • You should have 5-6 months availability for this internship.
  • A strong opinion and an ability to support it with the right data are essential for this role.
  • You should be comfortable working with spreadsheets to analyze data and learning new tools to help the team accelerate.
