About the Job


We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Project Management Specialist to join our team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a key member of our digital task force, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Developing project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation
  • Providing support to project managers and teams
  • Facilitating project kick-off meetings and regular status updates
  • Coordinating resource allocation and ensuring optimal utilization of resources
  • Developing and maintaining a risk management framework
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues
  • Escalating critical risks and issues to senior management as needed
  • Tracking and reporting on project progress, performance, and outcomes
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification
  • Proven experience in a PMO role or project management
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment
