Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain NOC solutions to ensure seamless network operations.
- Provide operational support to our European Data Center, including incident management and ad-hoc project work.
- Collaborate with the Data Center Manager to schedule projects and ensure timely completion.
- 2-4 years of NOC experience with a strong background in internet routing protocols and TCP/IP concepts.
- Hands-on experience with network operating systems, including Forti OS, HPE/Aruba, Arista EOS, and Junos.
- Excellent network analytics and troubleshooting skills using packet capture and monitoring tools.
- Strong knowledge of IP networking fundamentals, L2 switching, and L3 routing.
- Good working knowledge of architecture and core technologies, including Firewalls, NAT, ACLs, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, etc.
