Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Office Trainee to join our team. As a Front Office Trainee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service
    • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations
    • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
    • Manage room assignments, key cards, and other front desk-related tasks
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the front office team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service
    • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
    • Basic knowledge of hospitality operations and front desk procedures

    • Fluent in English and Dutch
