**Job Summary**

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Fragrances Specialist to join our team. As a Fragrances Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sharing your knowledge of our fragrances, and creating personalized experiences for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide inspiring and authentic customer service in a luxurious environment
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our fragrances, including their ingredients, benefits, and pairing options
• Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging and personalized experiences for our clients
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice
• Work flexibly during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events

**Requirements**

• 1-2 years of sales experience in the beauty sector
• Passion for niche fragrance, art, design, and craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of languages: Dutch and English
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus
