About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team at Damen Dredging Equipment. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling service requests for dredging equipment and creating service-related offers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client problems remotely and determine priorities
  • Follow up with clients and update them regularly
  • Ensure smooth transfer and coordination with Field Service Engineers
  • Oversee projects from beginning to end
  • Develop service-related offers in collaboration with Sales and Service organisation
Requirements
  • Higher professional education degree in mechanical engineering or marof
  • Strong communication skills and client-oriented approach
  • Good planning and organisation skills, with an eye for quality
  • Familiarity with the metal/maritime industry
  • Excellent verbal and written command of Dutch and English
