As a Vice President at Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Banking, you will be part of a dynamic international team where you will take a leading role on deals and be the primary point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for advising clients on M&A, debt, and equity capital markets solutions for the Real Estate sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing transactions and maintaining client relations
  • Preparing and delivering presentations, detailed valuations, and pitches
  • Compiling and analyzing investor feedback
  • Building the team's culture and capabilities through active mentoring and training

Your Talents

We are looking for a dedicated, creative, and good communicator who can guide our clients through a continuously changing world. You will be detail-oriented, meet deadlines, and recognize challenges and seize opportunities. Additionally, you will have:

  • 5-7 years of relevant working experience in M&A, debt advisory, ECM, strategy advisory, or a corporate within the real estate sector
  • Communication and project management talent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is not required)
