Real Estate Investment Banking Expertise

As a Vice President at Kempen & Co Investment Banking for the Real Estate sector, you will be part of a dynamic international team where you will take a leading role on deals and be the primary point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for advising clients on M&A, debt, and equity capital markets solutions for the Real Estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take primary responsibility for deal execution of transactions
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, detailed valuations, and pitches
  • Maintain client relations during the deal execution period and build M&A, Debt Advisory, or Equity Capital Markets expertise
  • Compile and analyze investor feedback
  • Build the team's culture and capabilities by active mentoring and training of analyst and associate level bankers

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant working experience in M&A, debt advisory, ECM, strategy advisory or a corporate within the real estate sector
  • Communication and project management talent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
