Loss Prevention Manager

Hunkemöller is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Loss Prevention Manager to join our international headquarters team. As the Loss Prevention Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading loss prevention activities, ensuring operational excellence, and driving performance to meet group expectations across your dedicated region/territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Loss Prevention Store Audits in stores within your designated region/territory to ensure compliance with operational standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Deliver documented and measurable audit results, analyzing trends by store, region, or territory, and provide actionable insights to the business.
- Conduct on-site loss prevention debriefs and training sessions to address identified issues and enhance team capabilities.
- Utilize data mining reporting tools to investigate instances of theft or fraud, addressing invisible shrinkage, booked shrinkage, and discrepancies in freight received.
- Facilitate quarterly Shrink Schools for underperforming stores, providing guidance and support to improve loss prevention practices.
- Communicate regularly with regional management, conducting quarterly review meetings and providing mentorship to enhance loss prevention knowledge and capabilities.
- Holds a minimal HBO/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in both English and Dutch (written and spoken).
- Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a small team, with a strong focus on results and data-driven decision-making.
- Possesses budget ownership skills and a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Highly accurate in task execution with excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations.
