Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. As a key member of our Production Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet customer demands and company goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of production staff to ensure smooth operations and high productivity.
  • Monitor and control production costs, inventory levels, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Manage and analyze production data to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or operations management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with process improvement and project management.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: € 55.000,00 - € 75.000,00.
  • 25 vacation days and 13 additional leave days.
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
  • 8.33% holiday pay.
