Als Manager Business Control & Kwaliteit bij UWV via ADJ vervul je een cruciale rol binnen het district. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het actief ondersteunen en onafhankelijk adviseren van het districtsmanagement. Je leidt de afdeling Business Control & Kwaliteit, waarbij je control & kwaliteit integreert en versterkt.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ontwikkelen en bewaken van beleid en instrumentarium ter optimalisatie van klantgerichte dienstverlening.
  • Opstellen van financiële begrotingen en prestatie-indicatoren, en het bewaken van transparantie en integriteit.
  • Adviseren en ondersteunen van het districtsmanagement bij planning, control en kwaliteit.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van de BC&K lijn in overlegsituaties en bijdragen aan integrale managementrapportages.
  • Signaleren van vernieuwingen en initiëren van kwaliteitsverbeteringen, inclusief risicomanagement.
  • Leidinggeven aan en ontwikkelen van medewerkers binnen de eenheid, met aandacht voor HRM-cyclus en teamresultaten.
  • Handhaven van richtlijnen en beleid op het gebied van integriteit, beveiliging en privacy.

Jouw profiel

  • Een afgeronde, relevante opleiding op minimaal hbo-niveau.
  • Ruime ervaring in een leidinggevende functie, bij voorkeur in een grote organisatie.
  • Bedrijfskundig inzicht, inzicht in de kwaliteit van de bedrijfsvoering en op het gebied van financiën.
  • Je kent en gebruikt de theorieën, methoden en instrumenten horende bij het vakgebied.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met project control, project assurance en met het werken volgens de PDCA-methode.
  • Je bent bereid om op meerdere locaties van het district te werken.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Afhankelijk van je opleiding, kennis en ervaring bieden we je een salaris van maximaal € 6336,95,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 38-urige werkweek. Een eigentijds pakket aan secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een vakantie- en eindejaarsuitkering, een goede pensioenvoorziening en een aantrekkelijke regeling voor opleiding en ontwikkeling. UWV via ADJ biedt een jaarcontract met de intentie om dit om te zetten naar onbepaalde tijd.
