We are seeking a skilled Functional Application Manager to join our Retail Banking IT team. As a key member of our Agile product team, you will be responsible for managing multiple applications, ensuring their stability, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Guarantee the quality and continuity of business services by preventing incidents and resolving them efficiently.
- Manage and coordinate IT service management processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Participate in relevant IT changes and projects, and ensure the final acceptance of these changes on your applications.
