About This Role

International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) is a leading global producer of flavors and fragrances used in various consumer products. These products can be found in drinks, candy, dairy, pharmaceuticals, food, and savory products as well as perfumes, beauty care products, and laundry detergents.

The Procurement Contract Manager serves as the site leadership position accountable for the overall direction and coordination of all on-site contracting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement site contract administration procedures and processes.
  • Lead the development of and implementation of site contracting strategy and the site contractor safety plan.
  • Oversight and training of Field Contract Administrators on site.
  • Ensure adherence to IFF's Core Values throughout the contracting process.
  • Implement the six-step process for contractor safety.
  • Manage the bid cycle and contract award process with Sourcing.
  • Provide and document contractor safety orientation with the SHE professional.
  • Audit contractor training, including home office audits.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and IFF safety requirements.
  • Manage the post-job evaluation process in collaboration with Procurement and EHS.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Safety Management preferred.
  • Fluent English and Dutch.
  • Five plus years' experience in all aspects of plant operations, SHE managing processes, with understanding of contracting, financial controls, construction, maintenance temporary staffing, and CA requirements.
  • Field Contract Administration Management or Procurement experience is preferred.
