We are seeking a skilled Test Operations Manager to join our team in 's-Hertogenbosch. As a key member of our production process, you will be responsible for optimizing daily operations to ensure cost-effective and high-quality production.

Job Description:
  • Job Title: Testing Supervisor
  • Location: 's-Hertogenbosch

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team to deliver quality results. You will work closely with our manufacturing teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, monitoring team performance, and organizing workflows to maintain efficient and seamless operations. Your expertise will have a direct impact on our productivity and quality as we work together to lead advancements in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of material, quality, and scheduling control
  • Guiding and coaching employees to achieve high-quality results
  • Identifying key improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and strict safety guidelines
  • Overseeing and advising on SOP's implementation and improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a team lead or supervisor in a similar industry role
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint, Linux is an asset
  • Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work effectively in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
