Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is around €100,000-€150,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a competitive bonus, fixed expense allowance, and working from home allowance. KPMG also offers 30 vacation days, a hybrid work arrangement, a completely furnished home office, lease car or mobility budget, and access to courses for personal and professional development.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, validating, and auditing models to manage financial risks. You will also translate complex concepts into plain English, run projects, master new regulations, apply mathematics, and support your team. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in financial services or consultancy and holds an MSc degree in quantitative economics, mathematics, or econometrics. They should have in-depth knowledge of banking laws and regulations, as well as experience guiding junior and medior colleagues.

  • Master's degree in quantitative economics, mathematics, or econometrics
  • At least 8 years of experience in financial services or consultancy
  • In-depth knowledge of banking laws and regulations (CRR / CRD, Basel, EBA)
