Senior System Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to join our team at Pink Elephant. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customers' environments, ensuring infrastructural continuity, and identifying problems and bottlenecks to advise on innovation and structural solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Guarantee the infrastructural continuity of our customers;
- Identify problems and bottlenecks, and advise customers on innovation and structural solutions;
- Write proposals for infrastructural changes;
- Manage customer expectations through correct and timely communication;
- Ensure up-to-date customer management documentation.
As a Senior System Engineer, you will work on a variety of tasks, including:
- Managing and optimizing customer environments;
- Investigating and resolving incidents and problems;
- Writing proposals for infrastructural changes;
- Communicating with customers and stakeholders;
- Documenting customer management information.
- Show at least an MBO-4 ICT diploma;
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language;
- Several years of experience in IT in the area of managing servers;
- Demonstrate knowledge of Enterprise Windows Server environments, Desktop Publication and Application Virtualization, Netscaler, and/or SCCM and/or Security Management, Office 365 and Azure;
- Know the principles of ITIL.
