At Brown-Forman, we're looking for a collaborative and flexible leader to join our small, multi-functional team in Western Europe. As Operations Leader, you'll be responsible for providing leadership and support to the team, working closely with the Director EMO Western Europe and Americas, and managing the supplier relationship with region copackers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison and manager of the supplier relationship with the region copackers, ensuring seamless product shipment and resolving production-related issues.
  • Collaborate with staff and partners to develop short-term production plans and long-range strategic planning for the region.
  • Ensure Brown-Forman's risk management requirements are met at Co-packers.
  • Work with the team and stakeholders to problem-solve production and supply issues.
  • Assess processes and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Significant operations experience in supply chain in a consumer goods environment.
  • Excellent collaborator and relationship builder, with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process and problem-solving oriented.
  • Ideal experience in production planning.
