Meaningful Work From Day One

At Brown-Forman, we're looking for a collaborative and flexible leader to join our team in Western Europe. As Operations Leader, you'll be responsible for providing leadership and support to our team, working closely with our global team and production partners.

This is an office/hybrid role that can be based in Stein or Amsterdam. You'll have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from developing short-term production plans to driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier relationships with region copackers, ensuring B-F's risk management requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with staff and partners to develop short-term production plans and long-range strategic planning for the region.
  • Work with the team and stakeholders to problem-solve production and supply issues.
  • Assess processes and drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant operations experience in supply chain in a consumer goods environment.
  • Excellent collaborator and relationship builder; internal and external.
  • Process and problem-solving oriented.
  • Ideal experience of production planning.

What Makes You Unique

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage/motivate people and projects; ability to multi-task and work with results focus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, manufacturing, food science, or business.
  • Excellent planning, financial, root cause analysis/problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
  • Demonstrated passion to align with the core of values at Brown-Forman.
