Strategic Project Manager for International Research Collaborations

We are now seeking a Strategic Project Manager for International Research Collaborations to join our team. As Secretary General of Neurotech EU, you will coordinate the projects of the alliance, leading the Management and Coordination Office and actively supporting the implementation and execution of the programme. You will be the main contact with the European Commission, writing and coordinating necessary reports, and the first point of contact for other alliances, associated partners, and interested parties.

Your tasks will include:

  • Coordinating all collaboration activities between Neurotech EU, its partners, and Radboud University, working closely with the project coordinator, rector, deans, academic and support staff, and the Management and Coordination Office.
  • Coordinating Neurotech EU work packages within the alliance in collaboration with the Management and Coordination Office at Radboud University.
  • Chairing Radboud team meetings and developing good practices to help Radboud University realise its ambitions in Neurotech EU.
  • Oversight of planning in terms of deliverables, milestones, finances, legal impact, and organisation of this initiative together with regional, national, and international stakeholders.
  • Bearing responsibility for internal and external communications on behalf of Radboud University.

You will have experience in project management, including financial management, in higher education and science, as well as experience with (European) international cooperation, preferably gained in Erasmus+ projects. You will also have experience in working with tight deadlines and managing stakeholders accordingly.

We offer a temporary employment contract of 2 years, with a salary within salary scale 14 depending on your previous education and number of years of relevant work experience. The amounts in the scale are based on a 38-hour working week. You will receive an 8% holiday allowance and an 8.3% end-of-year bonus. You will also be able to use our Dual Career and Family Support Service.
