About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Team Lead Mechanical Constructions to join our team at ASML. As a key member of our Mechanical Constructions EUV High NA group, you will be responsible for leading a team of mechanical designers in project settings, specifying, designing, and testing main frame constructions and service mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5-10 people in project settings, ensuring the successful delivery of hardware components according to project plans.
- Plan and coordinate team activities, create and execute team plans to realize hardware deliverables.
- Solve complex technical problems based on deep and broad content knowledge.
- Provide guidance on technical issues and manage risks and customer requirements.
- Develop mechanical competence and individual team members.
- Incorporate externally designed modules from co-developers and support production and customer engineering processes.
Requirements
- Technical University master's or Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a development and engineering organization, with at least 3 years of experience in leading design teams.
- Broad knowledge in mechanics, including construction principles, statics, dynamics, and thermal.
- Excellent knowledge in manufacturability of mechanical parts and technical communication with suppliers.
