About the Position

The Accounting and Reporting department at ABN AMRO is seeking a skilled Process and Change Manager to join their team. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality accounting and reporting processes while driving change and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the accounting and reporting processes within the department.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to enhance process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide training and support to ensure that all stakeholders are equipped to handle new processes and technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics or Accounting.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in financial services or consulting.
  • Proven track record of delivering process improvements and driving change management initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
