About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Lead to develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy, driving organic traffic and enhancing engagement rates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing SEO strategies, with a strong understanding of user analytics, technical SEO, organic search, and SEO content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive SEO and content strategy, including supporting with roadmap prioritisation and planning.
  • Drive the design of an AI-integrated content generation process, prioritizing high-quality output and efficiency.
  • Aim to boost organic traffic by 20% and enhance engagement rates from landing pages to the core product by 30%.

Team Collaboration

You will be reporting to Bianca, our Product Owners & UX Manager, who oversees the overall product vision and design. As the most senior member of your team, you will play a crucial role in guiding the overall SEO direction, collaborating closely with three Product Owners, two UX professionals, and 24 engineers responsible for building the product.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of professional experience in SEO with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing SEO strategies (with a ROI mindset) that significantly improved organic traffic.
  • A very strong understanding of user analytics, technical SEO, organic search, and SEO content.
  • Be able to be hands-on and work strategically, and help creating and maintaining an SEO vision and strategy, prioritised roadmap, and planning.
  • Experience in 3rd party tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other tools for SEO management.
  • Fluent in English.
