The Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to drive our marketing campaigns forward. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing, planning, coordinating, and executing all marketing campaigns for Startselect and our Partners.

You will work closely with our marketing team, partnership team, and external partners to design campaigns that align with the goals of our partners and ourselves, ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently, and analysing their performance to continuously improve our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the total Startselect campaign calendar and coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns, including newsletters, on-site, social media, influencers, performance, and SEO, to drive user growth and engagement.
  • Proactively propose and pitch new campaigns, internally and to key brand partners, that align with our/their campaign goals.
  • Brief the campaigns towards designers, copy writers, and ad specialists, ensuring a compelling narrative across all marketing channels.
  • Ideate, set, track, and analyse performance goals to measure campaigns' success and provide detailed reports and recommendations for improvements to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about market developments and trends and respond proactively.
  • Report to the marketing manager and work closely with the marketing- and partnership team.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role within an e-commerce organisation.
  • A commercial mindset and excellent communication and social skills.
  • Creative skills with the ability to develop campaigns, compelling narratives, and briefs.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and divisions both internally and externally (brand partners, agencies).
  • Interest in gaming is a plus.
