About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Rituals. In this role, you will be responsible for managing absence-related processes and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

As an experienced Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the well-being of our Head Office employees. You will work closely with managers and employees to navigate each case with care and precision, ensuring that our health policies and absenteeism-related processes run smoothly.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Owning and executing local policies and safeguarding compliance with relevant legislation, such as Gatekeeper Improvement Act (WvP), Work and Income according to Capacity for Work Act (WIA), Sickness Benefits Act (ZW)">
  • Designing and spearheading initiatives that foster a culture of vitality, driving down absenteeism and enhancing the overall wellbeing of our employees">
  • Maintaining oversight of the reintegration legislation in instances of mid- and long-term absence">
  • Handling account management for absence and reintegration service providers">
  • Contribute expertise to HRBP/HR Advisors in dealing with potential labor conflicts escalating into absenteeism">
  • Contributing to improve the health management system continuously">
  • Executing local policies and safeguarding compliance with relevant legislation">

About You

">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • A bachelor's degree and Rccm, RCMC, Crov and/or ROV accreditation">
  • 3-5 years of case management experience in high-volume settings, such as retail, the food & beverage sector, at employment agencies and/or with occupational health services">
  • Current and in-depth knowledge of local labour law and legislation: Gatekeeper Improvement Act (WvP), Work and Income according to Capacity for Work Act (WIA), Sickness Benefits Act (ZW)">
  • The ability to approach your work with flexibility and results-oriented mindset">
  • An open, warm, communicative, and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and stakeholders">

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a generous pension scheme, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional development.
