- Proven experience in the gaming industry with a solid understanding of premium, free-to-play, and games-as-a-service business models.
- A genuine passion for gaming, coupled with strong analytical skills and an eye for market trends and data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and business intelligence software.
- Ability to identify and articulate insights on genres, gameplay, and market opportunities, synthesizing data points into clear recommendations.
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, as the primary working language.
