Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to enhance the utilization and growth of Amplitude
  • Develop expertise in our Digital Analytics Platform to effectively support clients
  • Offer strategic advice in areas such as data governance, visualization, and beyond
  • Serve as a trusted consultant for clients and communicate insights to influence strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate across various departments to achieve measurable business results

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of advisory experience with large-scale accounts
  • Proficiency in program management and organizational change
  • Familiarity with SQL, RESTful APIs, and analytical solutions
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a constructive approach to development
  • Proficiency in French is advantageous
