Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to enhance the utilization and growth of Amplitude
- Develop expertise in our Digital Analytics Platform to effectively support clients
- Offer strategic advice in areas such as data governance, visualization, and beyond
- Serve as a trusted consultant for clients and communicate insights to influence strategic initiatives
- Collaborate across various departments to achieve measurable business results
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of advisory experience with large-scale accounts
- Proficiency in program management and organizational change
- Familiarity with SQL, RESTful APIs, and analytical solutions
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a constructive approach to development
- Proficiency in French is advantageous
