Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Openclaims. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving client success and growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities- Client Onboarding: Seamlessly guide new clients through our implementation and onboarding processes, setting the foundation for long-term success.
- Product Adoption: Transform contracted clients into enthusiastic, active users of the Openclaims platform by showcasing its value and aligning it with their business goals.
- Revenue Growth: Strategically expand the footprint of our products within existing accounts, identifying new opportunities to drive additional value and revenue.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders, becoming their go-to partner for success.
- Customer Insights: Act as the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, translating customer insights, feedback, and data into actionable product requirements, process enhancements, and innovative proposals.
- Strategic Development: Lead the development and execution of forward-thinking product strategies and methodologies that ensure our clients are continually achieving their desired outcomes.
- At least two years of working experience in a B2B environment; e.g. enterprise software or consultancy;
- Proven experience in managing complex stakeholder environments;
- Successful background in account or project management, or customer relations;
- Proven track record of being organized and a problem solver, paying close attention to details and meeting deadlines;
- Energetic, confident, and flexible to take on fast-changing conditions;
- The ability to be a trusted advisor and to communicate on both strategic and operational levels;
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
