Bij Picnic zijn wij op zoek naar een Customer Succes Supervisor om onze klantenservice te ondersteunen. Als Customer Succes Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks draaiende houden van de Customer Succes operatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten tevreden zijn en dat onze processen soepel verlopen.
Verantwoordelijkheden- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de Customer Succes operatie
- Je zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten tevreden zijn
- Je ondersteunt onze klantenservice agents bij het oplossen van klachten
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van processen en procedures
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 4 dagen per week beschikbaar
- Flexibel qua werktijden
- Spreekt en schrijft foutloos Nederlands en Engels
- Marktconform salaris
- 25 vakantiedagen
