Customer Success Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Team Lead to join our team at Salonized. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for leading our Customer Success team in the Netherlands and other European regions, shaping a high-performance team that drives customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a scalable customer success model, managing 3-4 Customer Success Specialists who are responsible for free trial to paid subscriber conversion, partnerships, onboarding, and customer retention.
- Win and drive success for key accounts, implementing and optimizing a customer success framework focused on maximizing customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and challenges, collaborating across the business to drive key customer success metrics, including churn rate, net promoter score (NPS), and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure features and functionality meet customer needs, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to help them achieve their full potential, developing and maintaining strong relationships with other teams to ensure alignment and achieve company goals.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer success, preferably for an SMB SaaS solution.
- Fluent in English and Dutch or German.
- Proven track record of driving market growth and lifetime value for an SMB SaaS platform or similar solution.
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading and managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of sales and productivity tools (CRM, Analytics, Forecasting).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and reporting.
- Experience with market development and go-to-market strategies (a plus).
- Experience in the salon industry (a plus).
