We're a fast-growing B2B company that supercharges new sales for our clients.
Our team has accumulated over 200 customers, ranging from start-ups to big corporates like KPMG, Brunel, and Axway.
We provide a sales automation software suite that researches, sources, and engages prospects on behalf of our clients.
About the JobAs a Customer Success Manager at Reach Supreme, you'll personally manage about 20 clients to help them reach their sales goals.
You'll be responsible for making them happy and successful with a smooth onboarding process, great campaign performance, and a warm relationship.
You'll onboard clients, help them with campaign strategies, coordinate client work, build business cases, and design plans to have more impact for your customers.
On top of that, you'll contribute to shaping our business structure, tools, and processes.
This job is 100% remote, so you can work from anywhere with good internet and a comfortable setup.
Responsibilities- Manage client onboarding process
- Build and manage prospecting strategies and campaigns
- Help clients take advantage of the leads they receive
- Build, maintain, and grow customer relationships
- Develop our business with clients
- Create and implement best practices of client management
- Suggest how to improve our tools and processes and drive changes where applicable
- Help hire, onboard, and coach new colleagues
- Support your colleagues where it's needed

- 5+ years of experience, of which 3+ in customer success, campaign management, or similar roles within the marketing and sales domain
- Business acumen: you can explain a client's business to your grandma, and she will challenge you on your strategy for the client
- Soft skills: you're capable of connecting with any person, be it a small business owner or a corporate marketing manager
- Communication skills: you can simply explain our process to clients in a video call or send a crisp meeting recap via email
- Analytical skills: you can analyze campaign performance and build a business case supported by solid numbers
- Readiness to work 100% remote and have digital contacts with your prospects
- Being tech-savvy: you need to master dozens of digital tools quickly
- Native in Dutch, fluent in English: additional languages give you bonus points
- Ambition and drive: we're growing triple digits, and you need to be excited about growing with the company
- Hands-on: we have big plans, and you need to be willing to work in the mud and get things done
