Customer Success Team Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Customer Success Team Lead to help drive our success in the Netherlands and Belgium. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a critical role in enhancing partner satisfaction, ensuring smooth onboarding, and delivering top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead a team of Customer Success Managers, educating them on our platforms and policies.
- Coach the team on how to help partners and customers with inbound queries.
- Ensure best practices and processes are followed on our CRM-systems.
- Contribute to developing and owning team targets and performance metrics.
- Execute regular 1:1s, development conversations, and performance reviews.
- Identify specific needs and pain points to eliminate the risk of low partner and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute and drive continuous improvement to achieve and maintain operational excellence for Customer Success in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Champion, role model, and embed Treatwell's cultural principles (Speed, Ambition, Collaboration, and Impact).
About You:
We are looking for a natural leader, motivated by the success of your team. You should be a coach with patience and strong attention to detail, able to effectively dig into process and find opportunities to improve ways of working. You should also be target-driven, with a track record of exceeding targets, and a problem-solver with a proven commitment to seeing things through and achieving long-term results.
