As a Senior IT Service Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our transformation, leading the development and management of our IT service management function from inception to business-as-usual (BAU) state.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement transformative IT service management strategies and frameworks that align with our objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior-level stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, translating these into IT service solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in IT service processes, utilizing industry best practices, while fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment.
  • Partner with senior-level stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Drive the development and adoption of ITIL best practices for service management throughout the organization.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the security and reliability of our services.
