About the Role

As an iOS Chapter Lead at ABN AMRO Bank, you will play a key role in driving the development and growth of our iOS team. You will be responsible for leading a team of iOS developers, coaching and mentoring them to achieve their full potential, and ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of iOS developers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to drive innovation and growth within the team.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and address technical skills gaps within the team, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills needed to succeed.
  • Ensure that all software solutions meet the highest standards of quality, security, and reliability.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in iOS development, with a strong background in Swift and Objective-C.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of iOS development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools, with a strong understanding of continuous integration and delivery.
